I have never stepped outside of my role as a reviewer on line before but think I should now. As the mother of a high school senior and a junior, this book really struck a chord with me. I have given my copy to my senior who is finding it to be a fantastic view of her future with concrete, understandable advise she can follow.
As a successful high school student it is very familiar to her. She is also enjoying the read! When she is done it will go immediately to her sister who has this all to look forward to in another year! Sometimes a reviewers role runs right into reality.

Original review written in May ; revised in November My only real quibble with it was would you guess it! I know, I know, crazy but true. I read the book through quickly the first time, and then decided to go back through a second time to take notes. If I had read this book before starting college as a freshman in , I would have done so much better than I did. I highly recommend it to anyone who attending either college or high school, and wants to learn how to succeed in the classroom.
