ERASING THE ORANGE LINE

I have a patch in setlist 3, bank 04A I wish to delete and start over with a whole new one, but don't know how.

True, but creating a small function to "zero all" in a patch is simple enough, or at least it used to be. I think at one point a user posted an empty setlist for just this reason This also is true, however consider that maybe the average user might not immediately think of doing that, instead choosing to hunt high and low through the manual for how to 'zero" a patch, get frustrated and post WTF here lol What's the big deal anyway? Or you can create a default empty patch with your own settings. I just saved a whole empty setlist and when I want to start over I just open the empty set list and start from scratch.

Damn, now we are going to lollipop because they didn't add a special button to delete a patch??? That's the main reason I never bought a Dumble You can create a minimal patch and save it to your PC.

Your Answer

So your eraser tool actually becomes like a paintbrush! Simply make sure that BOTH your color boxes in the upper right hand corner are designated as pure white.

Then when you hit the eraser tool which actually is acting like a paintbrush your 'mistake lines' will be 'whited out' like if using good ol' fashioned 'white out'. Probably what happened to you is that you, at one point, saw that there were some black lines on your background layer that you wanted to touch up, so you selected the paintbrush tool and chose the color black.

Once black was your designated color in one of your color boxes up in the righthand corner of the screen, everything from thereon in turned black including the eraser tool. Such a simple fix it is mind-blowing! Just choose white and 'erase away'. Smile and press on!
