I loved this book! It had me jumping out of my seat at one point, at least half a foot. He involves politics and action and suspense quite well. He actually holds my interest through drawn out section of politics where not many authors can. It's all there in 'The Seventh Sanctuary', a book first published in and still hugely relevant today. Daniel Easterman has a powerful imagination and the visual imagery is startling.

I especially loved the desert scenes, every word, but also events in Jerusalem had me page turning frantically. David and Leyla, wonderful characters.

I don't want to write about the plot, it's much better to read 'The Seventh Sanctuary' as I did, without any idea of upcoming events in the book. Nov 15, Juliette Moody rated it it was amazing. Check him out his writing is the bomb.
