Real nice and clean and not too crowded. Beds were very comfortable and room nicely laid out. The breakfast and position for breakfast.

No newspaper, no turndown service. Room and hallways were not as grand as the hotel. The room needed to be refurbished. Furniture damaged, the towels were dingy not white or beige. The ambiance, the restaurants, and Hotel staff were all great!!! I felt that they didn't change the bed cover and pillows.

I had to put towels under my head to sleep.
