However, its grand vision as a whiteboard as a universal presentation tool is a bit flawed because 1 I will often sell in a room with no whiteboard, and 2 my penmanship is awful.

For the first 11 chapters, I did not see a single new or useful idea. Once the authors finally started working out the whiteboard, the book got much better. However, the explanations were bland and the directions were not useful. The gems in this book consist of the ideas about structure for a visual presentation.
The ideas are pretty good -- you could probab I was looking forward to this book, because I am a big fan of the "communicating with conceptual images" genre. Being able to condense and produce your story, value proposal, message in a one FC visual is a proof of mastery. I will test this out with challenger commercial insights.
