Lists with This Book. This book is not yet featured on Listopia. The Complete Series, but I thought it would be easier to rate every book as I finish them before I rate all of them as one. Will they finally find a safe place or are they just prolonging the inevitable capturing? And when will they finally give in to their passion well the last part is more my thinking then the book, but come on alone with a rugge I'm reading Nunslinger: And when will they finally give in to their passion well the last part is more my thinking then the book, but come on alone with a rugged man in the wilderness even a nun must feel a bit tempted I must say that sister Thomas Josephine has a talent for finding trouble, one would think that staying away from trouble would be a good idea, especially since she is wanted for murder.

I thought I would finish book 3 in this series before this year was over. Will continue reading this book series next year May 01, Col rated it really liked it Shelves: Despite enjoying the first two instalments of this 12 episode saga, I neglected it in April, only reading the 3rd episode on the last day of the month.
A slip by our captors sees the pair fleeing again. Muir and Josephine survive obviously and continue their trek to Sacramento and sanctuary with Father Laverman. Another cruel betrayal sees our pair back in the hands of the syphilitic and vengeful Lieutenant Carthy. Great setting, great characters — more of an adventure story a la Indiana Jones only years earlier and if Jones was a nun and she isn't seeking treasure. Nunslinger 1 review here.
