I wish there would be a choice of yoghurt, eggs, cheese or ham. Black mold in bathrooms looked really scary. I realize that the moisture is high, but black mold is detrimental for human health and could cause serious diseases. Very friendly personnel, which tried their best to accommodate our needs. The room which we booked initially was changed to a bigger one. Fresh sheets and towels every day.

Close to Vatican and Trionfale Food market. Went there every morning to eat fresh oysters. The location is a bit far from center. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast for this price is very good. It was very cold in the room. They changed the sheets daily.

The breakfast served at the hotel was bleh, everything tasted the same, this gross sweet taste so much so that one time was more enough. The location was a little gross because it was surrounded by trash filled streets. There were multiple bus stops in the close surroundings area, there were grocery stores frequently placed either side of the street. Breakfast was extremely poor. The location is really good. Breakfast, and the bathroom. The WiFi played up a bit which was a challenge since I was in Rome on business. However, the staff handled it with utmost understanding and professionalism.

They won the day! There were no proteins for breakfast, just eggs or cheese could do. The staff are very friendly, very professional and understanding. They made my day great!! Great hosts at front desk. The water pressure from the shower was very poor and at times the water stopped or took a while to heat up. No spare sockets for charging electrical equipment in the rooms. Not that it affected us but there's not much facilities to use if staying in the hotel during the day but good enough for people who just need a bed at night.

Had a top floor room and had a great view from the balcony. Bed was very comfy and got a good sleep every night. Limited choice of breakfast but the croissants etc were nice. It is a 20minute walk from the Vatican or there is a bus stop yds from the hotel door. Shops close by if required. Room is quite dated and not the cleanest but for the price you pay it is fine. Very great location, with access to Vatican and central Rome very easily, staff are so friendly and helpful and is great value for money. Room is large with lots of facilities for cooking and even has a fridge! Very spacious and are nice views from the room!

No answer the phone. More plates and spoons, focks, knifes. Location was very good. Where do I even begin? The whole complex stank, from the lobby to the suite. It was as if nobody opened the windows to the suite for at least a month. The elevator especially reeked, like old dirt, as if someone spilled something on the carpet and it was never cleaned or replaced. The Wi-Fi didn't work during our stay, and the smaller room in the suite lacked power outlets. The linens weren't fresh. The safe was unreachable, and therefore unusable.

The blinds in the smaller bedroom didn't close at all. There was water damage and mold in the suite, especially on the ceiling. We originally booked the hotel for over a week, but had to check out after the first night due to all these problems. The experience was so bad we had to book another hotel after that night, of course we couldn't do it from the hotel since, as stated before, the Wi-Fi didn't work! Lucky for us, some kind souls in a nearby gelateria allowed us to use their Wi-Fi to do so. Even checking out was an ordeal, since when we tried to we were told we had to check out through Booking.

Do yourself a favor, do not book this place. There is a good pizzeria nearby. There was a nice view out the window.

The shuttle was timely, and was easy to book. That's pretty much it. We stayed a few nights around middle of September. Everything was great for us. About 1 km from metro station and Vatican City. It was an older building, very urban. Nice layout, converted house, it looks like. The staff was friendly, cleaning crew was great. It was air conditioned. The 24 hour bus runs right next to the hotel. Great access to that. We changed our room as the bed was lopsided and other room great. Bed was not terribly comfortable. For the cost the bed was fine.

The location is a bit of a hike from train station or metro. The hill is a bit steep. There is a bus stop near but in the mornings the busses were always too full. We would always have to walk to the metro which is half a mile downhill. There are restaurants within half mile.

AngryPig was our favorite easy place to go. If you can handle a 10 minute hike after long days oh hiking around Rome then this is a great and cost effective place to stay. When it said continental breakfast was included, I didn't think I had to walk down the street for one cup of coffee and a Danish.

In one of the room, the electricity when out and they couldn't get extra towels. But it was good for the value. The palce is very well located. We had smallest studio available in the residence, but it was awesome. Top floor, great balcony with amazing view. The staff was very kind and helpful.
