When the entire cheesecake is done and you lift off the top how does the pink end up around all of the edges? Or is that something that has to be done differently in order to make this happen? No need to use mine! Go buy a cheap little oven thermometer and see if your oven is baking at the right temp. I've seen them off by as much as 50 degrees. I think you probably can.
