We got rum cake, a chocolate chip cake, and a cookie. OK, so maybe it was a big sweet snack. So creative, stunning, and delicious. She created this in the middle of Valentine's rush and on short notice. Vanilla rumcake, coconut filling, buttercream frosting, perfectly coordinated flowers to bridal bouquet. I ordered 2 cakes from Sweet Bites in St. Croix for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday. We got a Vienna cake and a Rum cake and both were outstanding!.

This business pays attention to every last detail and ingredient. The icing was fresh and the cake moist Wonderful and interesting cake and treats island flavors sweet and inviting you can't go wrong here if she doesn't have it she will work to put it together. We went for a birthday to pickup a couple slices of cheesecake. They gave us a heads up that the cakes normally sold out by early afternoon and to reserve a couple slices by paying early, which we we're glad to do.

Whenever we are on the west side we stop by and try new things and are never disappointed! Caramel tarts are so incredible we make special trips! Sweet Bites is heaven in paradise! Everything is freshly made, every morning, with local ingredients and home recipes.

Most importantly, everything is delicious. You have to try any of the flavored rum cakes and the Vienna cake, which is a local treat and is a The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful.
