The Cathedral and Alcazar Palace is right next door and there are a lot of nice shops, cafes and restaurants surrounding the apartment. The living room and roof top terrace is huge. The kitchen has all the appliances you need.
It could fit 8 people comfortably. Highly recommended for a big group. It was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and well-managed. The woman who met us late at night was so welcoming and accommodating. There is absolutely nothing we would change. Staff was informative and accommodating. Good location, close to center of town. Everything about it was perfect!
We rented the penthouse for our large group 7 adults and we had four rooms and four bathrooms available. Right around the corner from the Cathedral and The Alcazar. We could see the Giralda Tower from our living room and we had a private elevator entrance to the apartment. We were very impressed with this location. The apartment is beautifully decorated and located at very central location. In the early morning and late night views from the balcony of the cathedral is breathtaking!
The host is very responsive and were waiting for us upon arrival. Comfort if beds should be better. Excellent location , close to Alcazar and cathedral. Well appointed facilities with washing machine and kitchen. Large spacious living room which accommodates 5 adults very well. Beautiful view of Giralda Tower walls of Alcazar. Would stay there again. All great - no complaints at all - maybe a little info on supermarkets could be provided but really wonderful. The apartment was lovely - great size and lovely furnishings. Great kitchen and bathrooms.
Lovely to have an outside space too. Amazing location very close to Cathedral and Alcazar and yet very quiet. Great bars and restaurants just next door - Loved the new one Chic and ole - amazing food and friendly staff.
The owner was very helpful and arrived promptly to let us in and show us around and give us a map. All wonderful and hope to go back soon! Could not have asked for more! Fabulous location, right next to the Alcazar Palace and a short stroll to the Cathedral, with a whole street of amazing tapas bars on the doorstep. The great outdoor area and the spacious lounge room. Huge apartment with lots of space and so many bathrooms. Just Amazing, great apartment, everything you could possibly need provided, spotlessly clean, in a delightful little square.
Lots of restaurants and tapas bars close by. Small supermarket for your bread and milk 50 metres away. A fabulous stay in a fabulous city.

Highly recommended Thank you Snr Contreras. Nothing at the apartment, although Booking. Good communications prior to arrival, they even got provisions for our late arrival. You will struggle to find better, fantastic value for money. Some of the bed sheets did not smell good and the windows on the masters bathroom did not have curtains so neighbors can see you taking a shower. The bed sheets had a strange smell, and bedrooms could have been more spacious with the amount of money we paid. The place was very big except the bedrooms, I love the patio was green and nice the kitchen was well equipped and having two bathrooms with two toilets was convenient.
We liked the central location, proximity to main sites, yet very quiet. Everything about the apartment was exceptional. We are 7 ladies who go to a European city every year. This was without doubt the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The views, en suite bedrooms, beautiful lounge area, fully equipped kitchen, patio and rooftop terraces were better even than shown on the site.

Location perfect, everything within walking distance. Transport from the airport organised and Tati waiting with our keys. Out door table was unusable for its purpose full of dips and falling apart. Outdoor terrace wasn't really displayed well in the photos and did not meet our expectations.
