Low Carb Diet Recipes Cookbook-Breakfast
Today I made a double recipe. This is also very good. However, I am trying to add fat to my diet since that is a major component of the Keto diet. So forget the water: I started to just add the whole onion, but I figured half an onion should have been plenty for only 4 large eggs. I was surprised how much I liked this. Just seemed like it would be too much salsa for 4 eggs, but it really wasn't. In fact, this is highlighted as a favorite of ours! And it made a large portion for us since one recipe is one serving!
This was another good recipe! Not quite to the favorite status, but that is because I make a similar dish. I use eggs, sausage, cheese, tomatoes, and oregano.
Think the oregano is a great flavor to add to this one. Also, I had used cheddar, but I do like the feta for a change. This was VERY light and fluffy. I have never had souffle, but I think it must be a lot like this. This rose up quite a bit, and I have never had eggs this light and fluffy. Also, it made a LOT! One recipe is again one serving, but this time even hubby could only eat half of his. So we got 2 meals each since I doubled the recipe , and only ONE carb per serving! This one lifted it to 5 stars!

I got my "cookbook" today and was extremely disappointed to find out that it is nothing more than a pamphlet. There are only 20 pages with 25 recipes in it, and while they look simple and delicious, almost all of them rely heavily on cheese. Maybe one or two have no cheese. The description should have been more honest and the "look inside" feature was not available. I'm not happy and will be returning it. One person found this helpful.

Eating low carb foods is such a great approach diet that truly helps maintain healthy weight. I can say that the author has created these recipes with love and passion. Love the variety of recipes. What's the use of it being free if you can only look at it for so long. Nothing original in this book. All the recipes I've looked at in this book are taken word for word from online sources - most of them are from AllRecipes.
