Valentines Day: A Gift of Love -- The Mini-Book

The paper I used was 60 lb. It seems that the heavy paper would behave better in a slightly larger format — but I could be wrong! What another great project! I plan on making these for my pen pals as a different way to send the usual letter. I was thinking of gluing a small envelope and tucking in a tea bag or drawing a sketch on of the pages.

I especially loved your idea of sharing a recipe, especially this time of year a favorite cookie or dessert recipe! There are so many possibilities.

I love the idea of tucking a tea bag in! I think that will be a nice surprise for one of my friends to receive! Thanks for including the dimensions of the larger booklet! We found out about a marriage conference the Fri. I have to agree with Andie. I was reading the list thinking the same thing. Nearly all of the responses were one sided, for us. I would love to see a list like this BUT filled with ideas for what I can do for my kids and hubby. I completely agree with this frugal but generous gifts. That was about 17 years ago.
