Please try again later. I had this book for my financial management class. It is a good book that explains necessary financial concepts, reading financial statements, doing budget variance, and revenue cycle. I purchased this book and have used it to gain a better understand for a buisness Im working tword opening. Working in the Health Care industry requires that you have a good understanding of the fundamentals, I would say that it does a good job of breaking down potential issues that you would encounter on a day to day buisness and uses scenarios to explain them.

Most importantly It provides information on policies, laws and government regulations. One person found this helpful. If you want financial formulas, this is NOT the book you want. This book was part of a Masters level Financial Management class. It was a good book to use.
