Being Quinn Coogin
The Tullaroan star replaces Brian McEvoy at left half-forward in Kilkenny's only change as they take on the might of Clare. Like Roy Keane, Alan Shearer and Niall Quinn, Coogan has fought his way back from the debilitating effects of a snapped cruciate ligament.
But in the Kilkenny man's case the knee injury he suffered in a club game in Callan last summer was worse than most. Not only did he sever his cruciate, he also had bad medial ligament and cartilage damage and suffered a cracked thighbone. Yet through help from sports specialist Dr Pat O'Neill and intensive gym work, he returned to training within six months, three ahead of schedule. This dedication, evident when he came off the bench and scored a vital against Tipperary, has now got its just rewards.
Even before the Tipp game the 6'1" year-old insurance consultant had been showing well for his club.

He now becomes one of six Kilkenny players who will be starting in their first senior final on Sunday. There had been speculation that corner-forward Brennan might lose his place to Charlie Carter but the management have decided to keep the Gowran veteran as an ace in reserve. Magee suffered an eye injury during last Sunday's senior defeat to Armagh and will be partnered at centrefield by Seamus Walsh. Walsh is one of three changes in personnel from the side which lifted the Leinster title last April with Paul Griffin and senior hurler Conal Keaney also making the starting Eoin Mulligan moves from the corner to centre-forward in a reshuffled attack, which sees Martin Penrose come in for the injured Ronan Ward in one of three changes from the side which defeated Cavan in the Ulster final.
Down south, there is no sign of Tadhg Kennelly yet but Kerry have left a vacancy among their substitutes, fuelling speculation that the Listowel man will have a role to play against Galway in the other U semi-final. Tipperary, under returning manager Liam Sheedy, were worthy winners over All-Ireland champions Limerick in a hard-fought Munster League game at the Gaelic Grounds last night.

We did many exercises I'd never done before, and every one was highly effective.
There wasn't a moment wasted. The class felt like it lasted five minutes. As a busy person, I appreciate a class that's time-efficient, challenging and fun. Also, at this level of intensity, it would be hard to go much longer than we did. I adore foam rolling and feel like I got a better workout because we started with it. It brought my awareness to my different body parts to see where I was tight or off balance, while stimulating blood flow. Class size five people was also small enough that Johnson individually guided each of us and I always felt safe.

What I didn't like: For a quick workout, it's hard to imagine a better one. How I felt after the class: I was sweaty and exhausted, but happy to get out of the gym so quickly. That night, I was so excited about the core moves I learned that I showed them to my husband — and then did another round myself.
I woke up with sore glutes, which surprised me. Must have been the one-legged dead lifts with the kettlebell. Therefore, I must incorporate these into my regular life. I will absolutely make the core exercises from this class my new go-tos. I wonder what else Johnson has up his sleeve. Know of any interesting workouts?
