He puts bookmarks at his favorite snippets of trivia. These books are all full of little paper bookmarks. Great gift and I pre-order new ones as soon as I can. One person found this helpful.

Just like previous Uncle John's Bathroom Readers, this one is a page-turner.

I've always loved books with those interesting facts that no one really needs to know and this series is the best of those. There is such a wide variety of subjects covered in each one. If a topic comes up that you have no interest in, just skip to the next but I've found myself reading and enjoying even those about things I'm not terribly interested in. I always try to pick up a new Bathroom Reader for my Kindle whenever I travel. They're the perfect airport book.

Even the long articles are only a few pages long This book is all shorter articles though , they're interesting enough to keep your attention and entertain you but don't require a lot of concentration. I love books with little-known facts. After all, who has the time to search all over hell to amass all this stuff yourself. I have at least 15 or 20 different Uncle John's readers and I never tire of them.

They make excellent conversation starters because there's always something for everyone and you don't really have to reveal your source if you don't want to. Yeah, I read it while I was taking a dump the other day I read them almost everywhere except the bathroom oh the bathroom too. I keep one in my car to read at work at lunch or if I get somewhere to an appointment early. Sometimes I show up early on purpose just so I can have some time to read before I have to go in. This stuff is great reading. I buy these books for my husband. He will sit and read for hours on end, everyonce in a while sharing something with me.

I haven't personally read one of these yet My husband has over 30 of them so far but when the time comes I can't get to my computer or can't get out of the house, I know that this library of his books will always be there waiting for me. And in the meantime, every holiday that comes along, my husband eagerly awaits the next "Treasure" from Uncle John's books that I may find for him.

If you have a husband or maybe a wife, that needs something to inspire, intrigue, fascinate, or just something to make them smile, I would surely suggest finding one of Uncle John's books for them. Some of the chapters repeat times. I thought it was just an anomaly of the sample book, but it is happening in the full length version as well. I've been reading Uncle John's books for years and never had a problem or complaint until now. Most helpful customer reviews on Amazon. Since then, i've been roaming through Amazon.

It's almost an addiction but a good one I bought this a a Christmas gift for my brother He said some of the facts are so intriguing that he even goes online to search for more of the story about the topic. He's a young college kid so I was glad to hear that he was reading it and that it was inspiring him to go learn more: This book makes for a great, inexpensive gift for someone and you could add some humor by giving them a roll of toilet paper with it!

I have not read anything in the rest of the series but having bought this as a stocking stuff for for family, I've decided that this is an adorable bathroom read and it's actually funny and interesting. I would highly recommend.
