The dinner would entail a brief minute Consultation with the Chef, the day prior to go over any specific requests, likes, dislikes, etc. Each course is paired with wine, again personalized to the preferences of the couple. I suggest beginning the dinner 30 minutes before sunset. This allows for a wonderful sunset beginning to a dinner, which turns into a magical evening under a canopy of stars.
