Small room as expected for the price considering the location. Clean, great location 10 min by walk to Covent garden, good shower. It was my first time in a Z hotel It was fantastic from arrival through to leaving.

The room was perfect, lovely and clean, everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The building was old and had character. Clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of London. Very friendly professional staff and a good center London location, with a bonus wine and cheese excellent quality, both nightly.

Thanks D and D. This is a beautiful venue that is very dear to me as my parents stayed at the Regents Palace hotel on their honeymoon 65 years ago. I have visited Brassiere Zedel regularly since it opened. Tonight I visited the restaurant and was massively disappointed in the food and the service. My advice is think twice before booking this restaurant, I wlll not be visiting the restaurant again unless the management and the chef is replaced. My confit de canard was almost inedible, a very dry over cooked duck leg that had clearly been prepared some time earlier and had been kept warm.

This was served on a bland bed of lentils with nothing else. At no point was I asked if the meal was OK. I complained about the food and the service.

I was told it is management policy that staff should never ask if the food was OK only to ask, can I get you anything? I refused to pay the service charge and left. Almost like Paris its a Must visit. Visited on a Saturday lunch time, great service, delicious lunch and great value. Worth visiting the art decor bar too, which is a hidden gem! The beds were small and uncomfortable! Convenient to the train station and office. The room was clean and nice. I was a single person so the space was fine for me, but would have been tight with another person. Location is great, as well. I also liked the wine and cheese every evening! Location was the best. It was very easy at the end of our stay to get back to Victoria station and hop on the Gatwick Express. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bed mattress is expired and damage. Walking distance to so much. The staff is always super friendly and helpful! Friendly and fantastic location. The beds and the rooms. The rooms were very small. Room was a tad small but really didn't matter. Great facility in room, massive HD TV with sky plus sky movies etc. Bathroom was a wet room and was very nice. Room came with Cadbury hot chocolate. Free cheese and wine and Honey in reception. I never would have booked had I known the room would be windowless.

I wonder if they give people whom reserve on booking. Aircon controller did not work. Stuck on 16c all night. Electrically operated blind also broken. Very close and easy to access transport. Close to huge amounts of restaurants. Property management were great. Rooms clean with everything you need.

Not terribly keen on being in the basement at the end of the corridor late booking I guess Wi-Fi was variable. Great to be able get a quick light snack late into the evening, staff very obliging.

The tv reception was rubbish. Good breakfast and nice touch with bacon sandwich. The reception is a bar. Rooms are too small! Shower is literally in the muddle of the room. Right on Victoria perfeu.
