I am about half-way through the book and had to write a brief review in gratitude of her tremendous work, endeavoring to make a difference within a country whose potential is limitless, yet completely untapped. So thrilled to have found it.

It is a great book, I just find a little bit boring the penultimate chapter, it was too much of the same topic. However, I felt very happy read it.
The first half of the book is the best, I loved it how she reference everything, it was good because this books was based on facts. It is an interesting read with strong opinions, deeply encouraging and motivating. It contains a lot of information that is and was available to the public, comments on Fox and el desafuero and such, but managed and analyzed in such way that makes you see it from a broader perspective and realize the impact of such events very contrary to how the information is given in the news.
Overall, it is a good investment for the non politics-expert reader seriously interested in current politic matters in the country. Dr Denise Dresser opened my eyes to the reality in Mexico. She knows what she is talking about and she exposes herself personally a lot. Mexico is a dangerous country. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.
