I realised that with this method mainly based on written communication one can build a more intense relationship with a client, due to more contact moments and a more effective reflection on the communication in general. Also this way of working makes location and time independent working possible.

I am positive that e-coaching and blended coaching are the future of coaching. Although a little bit sceptical in the beginning, I've learned a lot and I am very satisfied.

It's a must do for 'modern' coaches in a fast moving world with a lot of remote contacts. It's adding value for F2F-coaching. Program fully satisfied my needs and good balance between theory and practice. A very well organized Masterclass with useful insights and information as well as practical exercises to experience e-coaching.

Wat is LearningStone?

Sharing of knowledge and the exercises with my fellow participants was very enriching and indispensable for the advancement in my career as an e-coach. Over the past 15 years, I've practiced coaching in many forms and I had the firm belief that I had to be in the same room with a client or at least hear or see the person on skype or phone.

Before I took on the training, I was sceptic and had a long conversation with the trainer, after which I trusted her and went for it. The trainers delivered their promise. The training is very well structured, with a solid basis in the form of a proven academic study and a well written book. When you are in search of a more agile and liberating way of executing your coaching talents, go for it.

My coach helped me to gain insight in my own behavior and how I could adjust it to fit the needs of my colleagues. Sometimes by just asking: By asking this question I became more aware of how my behavior effects other people.

This questions still pops up in my thoughts during a meeting and allows me to effectively communicate my point of view. I really enjoyed the guidance on distance, because I could ask questions to my coach at anytime. This really suited my busy schedule. I experienced the online coaching via Pluform as a very pleasant way of coaching, because you are in control of the moment you work on it. The benefit of the online writing approach is that you can write when you want, you can re-read everything and you can read the feedback of the coach as many times as you want, this results in a continuous proces.

You don't have to wait until the next appointment, you can have as many contact moments as you need. I experienced the coaching of the eCoachPro coach as personal, effective and fun. The coach was really involved and interested, sometimes confronting. In busy times my coach was present enough to keep me focussed. She managed to keep the right balance and gave me enough space when my job was demanding.

In my perspective the coach was always available via the right canal that fitted best with the situation at hand pluform. The online coaching approach created added value immediately in challenging situations.

I have previous experiences with face to face coaching. However, this way of coaching, a mix of working on assignments, the writing and exchange of text messages, gives you a feeling of the coach being continuously by your side.
