His attitude was highly unprofessional and very unfriendly, almost threatening. He denied there was an issue. WiFi signal is weak and intermittent. Smoke from the nearby Vagabondo Restaurant wood-fired pizza oven appears to drift over the hotel. You can smell the smoke in the rooms.

Rooms are clean and Norma is pleasant to deal with. It was comfortable but a little flimsy and we think is what gave us a back ache. We were pleased with everything except the bed.
