But i can't remember the name of it. There was a girl who used to draw sketches of human model and there she meets a medical student. She leaves her boyfriend and goes to him.

That's all i read. All I can remember is there is a teenager who falls into a hole and is found and captured by a witch. She escapes and frees an evil fae folk by wearing a fur coat that turns her into a Fox. The elf has handcuffs on made of I think silver as it burns their wrists. A young man is in a rowboat in the flooded streets of the small town trying to save people stuck in their houses, and he finds a mysterious and beautiful young woman at an upper window and takes in his boat. They fall in love and have a daughter.

Twin daughters of a human father and river creature who can take human form. The human twin is about to be raped and the river twin saves her and kills the rapist. In the end the river creature is able, with the help of her twin, to go to the Gulf and swim to the ocean where she belongs. It is written over a number of books. I think around 4. All I know is that I'm looking for a book I read as a kid, it was where some boy got turned into a pie. I need to know what this was so I can prove someone wrong. I dont remember anything about it cos I never finished it but it was about a boy who was meant to be a hero or something and dreamed about boy tied up in a tree and he had blue eyes or blue hair I really don't know I would love to finish it.

I think the computer was called S. Around the 80's sometime. A friend of my sister had it and loaned it to us. I think it was supposed to be part of a series but never heard of it again. They take an interest in her and she ends up falling in love with the main male character, who I believe is part demon or something. There is a prophecy that this demon tries to prevent, which is by killing each woman reborn, of the love of his life who betrayed him and he inturn killed her, after she cursed him. Lucifer or another demon, r working with this woman, and they entwines and split a soul between two sisters to hide the evidence of her rebirth, kill a lot of the coven and then steal and impregnate the other sister.

She becomes preganant and the bad lady tries to kill her and the only way to save herself and her sister, is to sacrifice her life and that of her child, so her sister gets the good soul. I think it somehow was entwined with the baby but some areas are vague. What is the name of book where girl is taken in by bird people and raised in a library and threatened by dragon people I know she had a friend that clung to her hair and her shoulders a lot. This may be a short story and it's about two young boys that are twins.

The "bad" twin does bad stuff and the "good" twin tries to cover it up or be helpful But in the end there is a twist and you find out it's only one boy. The war had Japanese or Vietnamese soldiers I forget which. I believe the story begins with him in the attic or basement of his house and looking through old war items his father had because he was a veteran. He is struck by lightening when he is riding his bike. I am not sure of anything else but I remember this book being short. I'm looking for a book I read a few years ago when I wasn't quite a young adult.

I remember that it had like a pink and green cover, it was a young adult novel. The summary of it is that there were 2 girls who were best friends but the best friend of the main character was getting "too popular" for the main character and they split ways because of that. She became a bully towards her. Then our main character went to visit her dad at work and met his new assistant and they clicked. He brought her to parties and such without the dad knowing. They had a secret relationship. But then at the end, when it was her school dance, her former best friend was trying to take away her man because she didnt deserve someone so hot.

But main character just laughed and her bf asked the former best friend to dance, knowing that former best friend was way to insecure and main character knew that he loved her for her and not because shes hot or unpopular. It was an illustrated childrens' book in the library of the small private Catholic school I attended til I was 10 and I can still remember the pictures so clearly, and have searched for almost two decades with no luck.

And then in the end they find out it was the crazy aunt the whole time trying to make her think the place was haunted and to drive her away. S'Blood wins the fight but is hamstrung, and killed in the Stews. Jakkin vows never to let this happen to his dragon. Jakkin gets lost, and meets Dr. Henkky who tells him not to trust Golden. Jakkin returns to Rokk Major with Heart's Blood, and wins the pit fights.

After going to bars with Sarkkhan and drinking chikkar, a man dies in front of Jakkin, telling him to be careful of the Rebel Hideout. The cell leader replaces Jakkin with 3, the man who died, and Jakkin is reunited with Akki, at the cell meeting. They are given the task of taking a package to the Pit, and told if they open it, it will explode. Heart's Blood wins the fight, and they tell Sarkkhan about the package. He tells them he will guard it, and they should return to the Nursery.

Leaving in the truck, they witness an explosion that destroys Rokk Major's pit, and kills Sarkkhan. Golden meets them back at the nursery, but the Wardens are not far behind. The Rebels framed Jakkin, and Erikkin betrays him to the Wardens. Likkarn tells them to run to the mountains, and stays to fight the Wardens, using his weed fury. Golden, Jakkin, and Akki flee to the mountains, but Golden is badly injured.

This is a great story and funny too. I enjoyed how strong and independent Leah is. I voluntarily received a copy of this book and this is my honest review. Enjoyable, fast moving lusty read The Dragon's Treasure, Book 1 of The Lords of the Dragon Islands series, is an enjoyable, fast paced and steamy read. The rest of the series promises to be so, too.

He finds himself unable to stop thinking about Leah, and now he has an irresistible dragoness on his hands. Leah was a sweet young woman who always put her family before herself, and she had no plans to fall in love with Hugo. I enjoyed the romance, but I have to admit I'm not a bit fan of the sex euphemisms used. I prefer straight up, more explicit talk, even in a shifter world. I did like the storyline, although I prefer a more definitive HEA. This was a standalone, and I'm curious to see if the other books in the series are written any differently. Another good Shifter story by Isadora Montrose.

He knows he should marry to continue the family line but is not eager to tie himself down. Leah is on her own since her grandmother's death. She needs money and job and her temp job puts her in direct contact with Hugo. She knows exactly what he is like and while she is attracted to him, she has no desire to be used and have her heart broken.

He has no idea that it will lead to her being his mate until it is too late. He may be ready at that point but Leah not so sure she wants to be a dragon and his mate. Many of the dragon shifter stories feature a very arrogant, alpha male. Hugo is not one for developing feelings for women and is very casual with his relationships.

They all get jewelry as their going away present. He makes Leah very uncomfortable with his examination of her body. Leah is not a thin little woman like his usual playmates and tries to minimize her asset but it doesn't stop him from his pursuit. She is very smart and does coding at night to make extra money. Leah put family first and left her old job to care for her grandmother who had Alzheimer's.

She didn't have time for dating and doesn't want to start with a player like Hugo. Her head and heart may have one idea but her body has very different ideas and she finds it hard to resist. I liked the chemistry between them and that Leah called Hugo out when he goes too far. She has her own mind and won't be manipulated. Hugo definitely changes for the better as he learns to love his mate. There is a storyline about the Dragon Council and some political games members are playing.

It would be interesting to see more stories featuring his left and right hand his brother and friend as they too search for their mates and fight those that misuse their power.
