It is so sweet and yummy… almost more of a dessert than a salad. Even the kids are crazy for it! It is so quick and easy to whip up, too. Just remember, if you are taking it to a picnic or want to prepare ahead of time, add the coconut topping RIGHT before serving so it stays nice and crunchy!

I have a similar recipe that I love that calls for chopped pecans instead of a topping. I have seriously made soooo many of your recipes and some have become family favorites at our house too, but this one needed a comment.

The raw sugar made the salad sickly sweet and the grapenuts were not very appetizing. I wish I had used chopped nuts and baked it and the coconut in a crumbly topping of some sort that could be sprinkled over the top.

Turnip Salad with Green Grape Vinaigrette Recipe | SAVEUR

This simple Grape Salad Recipe is so easy to make and always a hit at parties. Grape salad is one of those classic side dishes that you would always see at holiday feasts. I swear I can eat a whole bowl of this any time, any day! Traditionally, pecans are added in this salad for a bit of crunch but I have also made it with walnuts and cashews, when I am out of pecans.

Creamy Grape Dessert

Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, pecans. Then, mix in the grapes until they are fully coated in this cheesecake filling. Top it off with brown sugar and additional pecans. Replace the sour cream with plain greek yogurt.

Sugar can also be replaced wit honey in equal amounts. You may also like this orange fruit salad or this pineapple smoothie. I can see why this is a hit!
