Lists with This Book. This book is not yet featured on Listopia. Oct 28, Elizabeth rated it it was amazing. I loved the character of Alex and especially the connection she had to her sister. I couldn't understand why Greyson, after changing her, took her home to figure things out for herself.

Still, it was an amazing book.

I'm not sure if I'm not the right age group for this book -- but I found it a struggle to get through because the characters irritated me with their being one-dimensional. The only one that wasn't entirely one-dimensional yet still was predictable with their whole general level-headedness was Alex. Greyson is too emo and is always 'oh the vampires are ALWAYS only blood thirsty narcissists' all the while being always emo..

Does he just lurk around places until he's onto I'm not sure if I'm not the right age group for this book -- but I found it a struggle to get through because the characters irritated me with their being one-dimensional. What a fantastic start to the series I am really loving that this husband and wife authors teamed up to write this series. I love the way this book was written and couldn't put it down. I really can not wait to read the next book.

    • I would definitely recommend this book. A must have for your kindle reader library. Mar 17, Catherine rated it liked it. The vampire extinction Solid story. Enjoyed Alex as a character but perhaps Greyson will evolve more quickly in the next book. It read like it was more a storyline set up for the next book rather than a solidified stand alone story or set up for a great series which I found disappointing.

    Good cliff hanger I couldn't get enough of the book it has left me needing more. When is the next book going to be ready to read???. Alex is my favorite character brave, bold and independent. I will tell my friends and family about this author after I read the next book.
