This is the first book which lived up to that claim. My friends and family now rave about my home made pizzas. I cannot imagine why people rave about this book. Any "expert" on pizzas that says to use "bread flour or all purpose" for the dough--as if they are interchangeable and it does not matter which you use This isn't a terrible book, it's just not, in my opinion, the great book that people claim it is.

Im so happy I found this copy. I have already been making pizza for my husband and I. It is much cheaper to make your own pizza dough and all than store bought or delivery. The recipes in this book are awesome and taste so good. Once you make your own dough from a recipe in this book you will never buy store bought or delivery again. June 29, - Published on Amazon. January 30, - Published on Amazon. We had this book about 15 years ago but lent it out to someone. It was never returned so we had to replace it. There is not a better pizza book on the market. Small, simple to follow directions. We especially like the flavored crust recipes. We also liked that the book explained pizza was traditionally made with the sauce on top of the cheese instead of under.
