The UNDERTAKER - A Fans Guide
Bliss used the physically imposing Jax as a bodyguard while pretending the two were friends in an effort to keep Jax out of title contention. I know it sounds like something out of Disney Channel but bear with me. Jax received a lot of criticism throughout her run for not being ready for the position that she was put in.
Now it seems that she is finally putting it all together. Ok, so where do I start with this one? Four years ago at WrestleMania 30, Bryan rose to the top of the company capturing the world championship after a classic match against Randy Orton and Batista. Unfortunately, a little more than a year later concussions forced Bryan into an early retirement.
Bryan has remained onscreen however as the general manager of the Smackdown roster. The storyline has seen Shane McMahon use his power as GM both fairly and unfairly towards Zayn and Owens with Bryan more often than not getting caught in the middle. Now cleared to return from injury, this grudge match places Owens and Zayn against McMahon and Bryan with the stipulation that if Zayn and Owens win they will be rehired.
His partner Shane McMahon was reportedly hospitalized with diverticulitis a very painful digestive infection. Luckily, Owens and Zayn are world class workers so management is in good hands. Angle is siding with Rousey because the authority figures have constantly disrespected and undermined his decisions as the general manager of Monday Night Raw. Triple H pedigreed him and kicked him in the dick too. No need to pretend, Rousey is the biggest part of this match. Fans will be tuned in to see how well she performs in her first wrestling match to date. This match will go a long way in determining how fans perceive her going forward because if her performance is not good it will be hard to justify her placement on the card to hardcore fans.

For twenty-one WrestleManias , the Undertaker boasted an undefeated record. It seemed like he would never lose…then Brock Lesnar beat the shit out of him and legitimately injured The Deadman. The Undertaker seemingly retired after that match, but John Cena needing an opponent has been calling him out over the past few weeks to seemingly no response. At the time of this writing, this match has not been confirmed, but I am assuming that it takes place. For years there has been speculation over when The Undertaker would decide to hang it up.
There have been countless opportunities for The Deadman to step away, but he just keeps coming back. At 53 years old this could realistically be the last time that we see The Undertaker as an active performer. Both men built the majority of their careers outside of the WWE gaining cult followings for putting on impressive matches around the world. Now on the biggest stage possible, they have a legitimate chance to steal the show. His debut match against Sami Zayn is often mentioned as his best match with the company which is troubling considering it was nearly two years ago.
For all of the hype surrounding him, Nak has yet to truly deliver since joining the main roster his match against Zayn was in WWE developmental territory NXT. This is a clash of the Titans. Standing across the ring from Lesnar is Roman Reigns, a man who in his short career has accomplished everything there is.
These two men had a great match at WrestleMania 31 before Seth Rollins cashed in his Money in the Bank title shot and walked out with the title. Over the past year, there have been no two more imposing forces in the company. Reigns to his credit has added a WrestleMania victory over The Undertaker, an Intercontinental Title reign, and a victory in the Elimination Chamber to his growing list of accolades.
These two have been on a collision course for years, this is finally it. The audience knew that Lesnar was leaving the company to pursue an NFL career and that Goldberg was leaving to pursue other interest. With knowledge of both men leaving the company, the audience preceded to take a massive shit all over the match, booing both men excessively.

Lesnar seems poised to leave once again while Reigns has long been drawing the ire of fans in arenas around the country. So who will the audience cheer for? Could we get the rare situation where neither man elicits a positive response from the crowd?
Preseason predictions rarely ever pan out. Injuries happen, players get traded, some grow up right before our very eyes.

This WrestleMania is much different, as it features John Cena in a midcard match, Triple H inexplicably still wrestling, Daniel Bryan as the most popular worker on the card -- but also Ronda Rousey. Pointing at a sign , being fairly mediocre on the mic, but also wearing the heck out of "Rowdy" Roddy Piper's old leather jacket and putting Triple H through a table during a contract signing, which was admittedly awesome. She's teaming up against Triple H and Stephanie McMahon with Kurt Angle, who tattletaled that wrestling's first couple had talked about "owning" Rousey and embarrassing her after she embarrassed them at a WrestleMania 31 confrontation.
That this is one of two matches set up by people saying mean things behind one's back is rather depressing. More on that later. Wait, wasn't The Rock involved in that WrestleMania 31 angle? Why isn't he her partner? Did we mention "Jumanji: That said, he's got a new movie coming out based on a video game in which a mutated gorilla smashes a city and eats people, so expect him at WrestleMania in some capacity, perhaps a sing-off with Who Wants To Walk With?
I just realized you said Daniel Bryan is wrestling, which can't be right because the doctors said he'd never wrestle again. Bryan was cleared by doctors to return to action, which is fantastic. Bryan sided with the two during their contentious battle with McMahon, the SmackDown commissioner. So Bryan fired them, then they beat him up too, and now we have Owens and Zayn vs. Bryan and McMahon, provided McMahon is healed up from his sudden bout of acute diverticulitis and an umbilical hernia, both of which sound like something that would prevent a year-old millionaire from jumping off something really high for the edification of spot-thirsty fans, but what do we know?
He's not officially announced, but John Cena has been attempting to goad him into a match by calling him a coward, borrowing his wrestling moves and running old photos of his previous gimmicks on his Instagram, which is harsh.

But it's not like the WWE to reference the Undertaker and then disappoint everyone when he doesn't make an appearance, unless you count the three dozen or so other times they've done that, most recently with Dolph Ziggler on Smackdown. Except he doesn't have a partner. So speculation is that it could be someone large The Big Show! The Usos and The New Day topped our tag-team rankings thanks to an outstanding series of matches against each other.
Also, the Bludgeon Brothers are in this match. A three-way for the tag belts. Are there other multiwrestler gimmick matches on the card? Don't you know it.

The Miz , who is trying to have "the longest cumulative run as Intercontinental Champion of all time" according to WWE, puts the belt on the line against Seth Rollins and Finn Balor , who best show up painted like a dang demon, or we riot. While we respect the work of his opponents, The Miz is a national treasure who just became a father and we want only good things for this glorious heel. But hey, what if three isn't enough: The United States championship is on the line as Randy Orton defends against former Demographic Chasing champion Jinder Mahal , Bobby Roode's entrance theme and Rusev , who is the kind of fan-driven sensation that the WWE usually doesn't reward until a year after his heat is gone.
Oh, and today is Rusev Day. Happy Rusev Day everyone. OK, but what if four isn't enough? Please tell me there's a battle royal on the card. We're honestly not sure of the plurality.
