You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The host could not have been more helpful or generous with his time. Several bottles of wine and cava awaited us on our arrival. I will recommend this property to my all friends! It was very clean and the host was amazing! The apartment was roomy and well equipped with kitchen supplies, bath towels and excellent wifi.

The decorating was pleasing to the eye with its additional accents. Friendly, individual, charming und cosy rooms. The rooms were very clean and contain everything you need. I loved my stay at los moxaicos and I can highly recommend it! There were lots of little addional thoughts put in, such as a chilled bottle of bubbly in the fridge, olives, popcorn and a stock of fresh coffee, these are little touches that make you feel so welcome as a guest. The owner was warm, welcoming and really happy to share local knowledge, we followed many of his recommendations and had a wonderful holiday.

If we go back to Tenerife we will certainly rebook here. Great host in Arcadio who informed us of local and island attractions, nearby facilities and advised us on car hire.

Beautiful and cosy apartment. There was nothing not to like about this apartment. This is a perfect location if you are looking for a less tourist packed holiday. Lovely individual apartments - we also had a look at a couple of others later in our holiday. The way of check in.

The view was not so nice as it was headed towards banana farm but the windows have blinds. The cleaning is not provided but it did not bother me as we stayed only one week and there is cleaning products. You would have to pay extra money additional to the 30 euro if you request it. I like the design of the place. It was like being at home. The apartment gave you some privacy and was far away from tourists. You have a bedroom and spacious dining room. The owner was very kind. If you had some problems you could ask an assistant to fix it.

The washing machine had mildew,which is understandably hard to prevent but can be harmful none the less. We cleaned ours as best as we could but once it has set in the rubber and under the drum it can't really be clean again. The apartment is very big and clean.

Broken Silence

There is a lovely terrace and clean pool for guests to use. You get all kinds of special attentions from champagne in the fridge to flowers and lolipops on the bed. The owner told us we are free to go if we do not want to pay. Two small things of note. These are now readily available using internet streaming and an android box, this should be easy to implement due to the blazingly fast internet at the apartments!

Peaceful location, friendly and helpful staff, within easy reach of major resorts areas by car. Within 10 mins of the airport. Excellent blazingly fast WiFi. Shops and petrol stations within minutes of the property. There was soap in the bathroom and various supplies in the kitchen such as sugar, salt, pepper, coffee, and even a pack of popcorn. You could arrive with just some spare clothes and settle in. There is a very popular restaurant just a few minutes by foot from the apartment.

Bedroom fitted for a romantic stay: Obviously you need your own car. This place is excellent, very very clean - the host Mr. Valentin is extremely friendly and is ready to go the extra mile to make sure you have a nice stay. The communal terrace by the pool the pool was under work at the time of my stay is a perfect spot for sunbathing and relaxing.

I would definitely come back and recommend! Nice and spacious apartment with nice kitchen facilities. Our stay could have been longer. Honestly it was perfect loxafio and met all our needs. Architecture of the house and the interior design. Acadia and Fabian went above and beyond the expected, relating to transportation, service, personal toucheswine in the fridge, warm bread delivered to your door and hats to keep the sun off your face. Fresh bread every morning delivered to the room. Exceptionally friendly and attentative staff we got a bottle of champagne and sweeties for new year's eve Marcel, Switzerland.
