Many thanks to the Team. We had a great tasting and we have bought great products We can recommend the location. We took the train from Bologna to Modena, then onto this wonderful tour and tasting. We learned about the history of this vinegar. We learned the that this place was the first one in Italy to be granted permission to use the royal seal on their What a great tour, you just make an appointment, there is no cost, arrive and get educated in the art of making Balsamic, then have a taste test of around 10 different Balsamics.

This is one of the 'must do' activities in Modena. We travelled to this acetaia via the nearby train station, Quattro Ville, and then walked for ten minutes before arriving. We then did the English-speaking tour and basically found out loads about vinegar and what makes this balsamic vinegar so special. It was a great Super and informative free tour.
