The story line started off interesting but then as I go almost half way through it started getting a bit trashy and I didn't feel like giving the book anymore of my time! They story starts off really slow, but you end up getting into it after giving it a chance. You start to really like the characters.

It was bit confusing as to why there was a short story in the middle of the whole. There were a lot of grammatical errors that were annoying while reading. For there to have been so many drawn out scenes it was annoying that it ended so abruptly. It leaves a bunch of unanswered questions and not the type that it seems like if you read the other books in the series they'll get answered. Generally enjoyable, and I did find myself rooting for the central characters relationship. Eli's family is the best part of the story. Not sure why the couple with the bipolar wife was included.
