A Glimpse of a Life
So the story is full of morals and everyone should read and learn from them. Apr 04, Will Mayo added it. A fine bunch of stories here sent all the way from India, I very much enjoyed them. Most especially the tale of two boys separated by a train as they attempt to help a beggar and the tale of one woman married to a homosexual and ruined by an acid attack who finds comfort in the success of her daughter. These are well written tales.

This is book is a collection of various incidents that every person experiences in one's lifetime.
The story is divided into six stories where each story has its own flavour. The stories are very common in nature and nothing new or exciting was present. But sometimes these kind of books can be read for a lighter feel. Apart from the known story lines, the attempt of propagating social message at the end of every story is worth applauding. Though a first attempt, the authors must have taken a little more interest in framing the plot of the stories, the vocabulary and grammatical errors.
The author is the sole responsible person when it comes to editing also.
Hope both the authors would invest more time for their future works. The characters are good. The narration is good.
The language, grammar and vocabulary must be more maintained. My Final Verdict— It's a small book. It's a easy to read book. Ignore the loopholes and appreciate the authors for their first attempt. Title is good and I like it as it relates to life which is in accordance to the stories depicted in the book.
Theme is of life, giving it an inspirational touch as we read the book which is a collection of 6 short stories which helps the reader to finish it. The stories taken on various situations throughout meekly satisfies the reader. A failed attempt, could have been much better if written strategically and wisely. The writers are amateur, need to formulate the aspects of plotting the stories. Foremost, the most important aspect of a book is the language with which a book is extrapolated and written. The writing is way too simple, could have been much better. The book also fails miserably in editing aspect as well. There're lot of errors throughout the book making it difficult and apprehensive to finish it.
Narration is slow paced and lacks the zeal to finish it. Personally, I didn't find any of the chapters in the book worth reading, it's disappointing to read. Not a single chapter has the potential to touch a reader's heart. Sep 27, Prerna Singh rated it liked it.
I have been able to have a balanced life where I work, spend more time with family, and be a servant leader in our church. I actually have become more active. Just realizing all these now, being a working mom is really awesome! And I will always be grateful for the blessings and opportunities I have. It pains you so much to leave home instead of giving them your whole time. Thanks to Cloudstaff, the schedule is perfect for me to still attend to the needs of my kids before they go to school every morning and come home early in the afternoon to play and study together.
Nonetheless, seeing their kids grow up to be awesome and amazing feels truly rewarding for our Cloudstaffer mommies.

The king of France or the King of Kings? We recently received a download of the latest Brinkman Adventures. Season six differs from others we have enjoyed in the beginning as it covers historical rather than recent events. It is also much shorter than their previous CDs, now with 6 episodes totaling about 2.

My middle child started college this semester. She is reaching for her dreams and completely enjoying the classes that pertain to her major. There have been times, though, that fear has creeped in. We have both searched for and shared many verses about not fearing. The second episode in this series is about fear. I love how their stories are so relatable to our life. My guys have a big interest in RC planes. In a story of a dream about a prison escape, mention of a drone captured all of our attention.

In the middle of the audio dramas, when completely unexpected, ads are inserted guiding listeners to visit their website: The narrators follow the dream allegory with an explanation about salvation. A fly and caterpillar are used as examples as the dad explains being born again in Twice Born Fly.
The last story shares about hope. One of the main settings is Burma which was in a decades long civil war.
