We were there in late summerso the only other visitors appeared to be mountain bikers.

Views were lovely but sadly obscured by the smoke from forest fires covering most of BC. Kids could play inside or out with no worries. Was fun being in a different location than just an ordinary hotel. Beautiful scenery with lots to do. Perfect distance from lifts.

Underground parking was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from our balcony looked out onto the ski hill and we were able to sit and enjoy the downhill riders as well as just a quiet view of the mountain. It was quiet and family friendly all at the same time.

Really enjoyed our dinner on the patio at Rusty's - almost felt like being at a family dinner even without knowing anyone there! It was clean, the bed was comfortable and liked the large bathroom with laundry facilities.

We were out most of the day but it was nice to get back and relax, have a glass of wine by the fireplace. Sofa bed was badly used and end of life time. Bad false leather quality comming off and messing the floor. Cable tv does not work. Reception was in another building down the hill and was closed after 5pm; we arrived around 7pm when the place looked fairly deserted.

Keys could be collected from a lock box and that worked well - but only after rousing the out of hours staff to gain access to the locked reception area. It was low season and possibly the end of the service cycle, bu a number of things could do with attention.

It's clearly a hard water area and all the shower heads were badly clogged. Similarly the electric kettle element was completely furred up. External building trim and decor, internal staircases and doors etc. Quiet spot on a ski hill just off the main Highway 3. Place was great overall but we were disappointed with the kitchen facilities as it wasn't well stocked at all.

It's hard to cook for six people with one pan and one knife! Also, booking directly through the resort gives you additional perks that you don't get through booking, like free chairlift. The roof leaked causing the floor to be wet. The staff did offer to relocate us but we declined. The kitchen wasn't stocked very well, there was one large bowl and a poor selection of kitchen tools. The location was excellent and the room was spacious. It was the best to my expectations and also very comfortable as if it was my home.

A few more face cloths. Hot tub wasn't working at first got repaired fairly quickly, but was an inconvenience for sure. Unit was older and could have used some updating. Shower was especially terrible - no pressure, spray in all directions except straight made a huge mess outside the tub, regardless of shower curtain. View from the balcony was obstructed by lower roof. Couch was uncomfortable and unwelcoming for lounging we used the floor instead! Some areas are quite old and dirty, the floor especially could do with a good clean, my child's feet and legs were black within seconds!

Amazing location, lovely big rooms! Guests outside at night were loud, drunk and obnoxious until very late. Kitchen layout was a little awkward. The bed was not the most comfortable, I think it's time it is replaced. It was hard and you could tell of not very good quality. The beds are rather hard and the bottom sheets on the bed do not stay tucked in so you wake up laying on the bare mattress with the bottom sheet wrapped around you. Lots of room for the whole family. Convenient and central if tricky to find location. The location was central, and could walk to train station. Lovely comfortable room and the ability to park on site. The staff were friendly and helpful. The guy who ran the place was lovely, really helpful. The staff member was very friendly although we arrived late we apologised!
