But in the long run these things will not bring you the happiness you desire and are quite likely to bring you guilt and remorse. I am not saying to never enjoy mindless tasks or have a treat, these can be okay once in a while, but why not use this time wisely and get to know yourself better, learn something about yourself or challenge your mind.
