Only a few pages in but I am in love with this book! So excited to share this with my kids we have been talking a lot about meditation, mindfulness and Buddhism.

It reminded me of The Tao of Pooh a book that was published about 30 years ago.
This book is a fun book with a lot of quotes about a bunny. It is easy to substitute words that apply to you and not the bunny so it will be more meaningful to you. I do think anyone trying to bec I won this book on Goodreads and I am very pleased that I did. I do think anyone trying to become more mindful would enjoy this book. A wealth of invitations to stop and think for a while. Krista Lester offers Buddhist thought in terms of bunnies and bunniness, hopping and carrots. I know enough about Buddhism to think the metaphor works most of the time. And, by making it a metaphor, it was easier to see parallels to Christian spiritual teaching, too.
