Ellen Rowe Biography

Almost certainly Archdeacon William Rowe, son of Hon. Beneficiary of part of the compensation for the Bagdale and Fullerswood esates in St Elizabeth, the compensation for which was awarded to John Griffith as 'Trustee of William Rowe an Infant and Annuitant.
