Kirsteen is an Associate in the Charities team and advises charities, schools, academies and other not-for-profit organisations on a wide range of issues. Main areas of practice Kirsteen specialises in charity law, including general regulation and governance, Charity Commission requirements and specific issues affecting charities.

Project managed a large number of academy conversions including primary and secondary schools; converter and sponsored academy conversions; special schools; pupil referral units and hospital schools; Catholic and Church of England academy conversions; new academy formations; and formation of academy sponsor MATs.
During her training contract Kirsteen completed a six month secondment with Save the Children.

When listeners telephone to enter, a member of the production team will ask them their answer to the question, their name, general location and a contact telephone number. If their answer is wrong, they will be informed and instructed to call in again with another guess. Each entrant will be selected at random from those who answered the question correctly and they will appear on air or be announced as the winner for that day.
In the event of the production team receiving no entries for the competition this will be announced on air and no prize will be given. The winner and entrants must ensure that they are available on the telephone number provided to take the call from the production team. If an entrant is not available after reasonable attempts by the production team, another entrant will be randomly selected for that day.
