I have not met Elisa though as she was not around. I dealt with her children. La casa e' pulita e conveniente per essere vicini a Bicocca. Non ho avuto il piacere di conoscere Elisa perche' non c'era in questo periodo. I suoi figli mi hanno aiutato con la logistica. Elisa is very welcoming and went out of her way to accommodate me. I was so pleased we chose to stay here during a conference visit at Milano-Bicocca University. I came with a colleague and my almost 3-year old daughter.

To be honest, the highlight for her was all the toys and child friendliness of the place--with a small playground also right next door. The place is great--tidy, clean, wonderful amenities, even with coffee, tea, snacks. Very close to both the tram 1 minute walk! The hosts--Alice and her family--also went above and beyond. Conveniently located to the M5 metro, the apartment was perfect for our business trip. It's not in the centre of the city which means you have to rely on public transport. Apartment was clean and tidy, good bathrooms and kitchen spaces. A great base for a Milan trip.

Alice is super communicative and kind! The host was very nice, we've meet exactly at the time we agreed and explained in much details everything about the apartment. The apartment is very nice and cozy, it's great for a family with children or for adults. I would recommend this apartment for any time of the year, except for the summer, because it doesn't have air conditioning and for us in July was a bit hard.

Happily, the host made available fans in each room. We enjoyed the fact that the host left some bottles of water for us in the fridge, coffee, and other things for a quick breakfast cereals, milk, marmalade, nutella, butter etc. We had no wireless internet because the host was changing the internet provider but kindly gave us an USB internet stick which worked well. The neighborhood is average, close to the university Biccoca and noisy in the morning because of the traffic but it's not disturbing if you sleep with the windows closed.

A supermarket is very close to the apartment. During the night it didn't seem very safe to walk alone in the neighborhood. The metro station is 5 minutes close and has good connection to the city center. We enjoyed our stay and felt that the apartment was good for our needs. Also the host was available to answer any requests and questions we had. Alice's place is very nice, cozy, and big for three! Her uncle who helped us check in is very kind too! My daughters are already asking when we can return! This apartment is just unbelievable It's an easy and short walk from a metro stop with restaurants and shops close by. This house is modern, clean and the neighborhoods are relatively quiet. Tram, bus and the train station are right next to it so you can go everywhere very easily. And Giuseppe is amazing host. It had a book in 4 different languages on how everything works to ensure the smooth stay. It is 5 minutes to metro station, and it takes more minutes to get to city center.

Getting to and from the airport even at night is convenient, too. Simona welcomed us very well. The description was pretty accurate but the apartment is more suited for 4 poeple rather than 5. Short train ride to city centre, supermarket nearby to with plenty of Cafes. Cristina has a 5 star mentality coming from a hotel background so we found out. There was robes, fruit in the fridge, toiletries too. Everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, Christina goes above and beyond.

A nice apartment, good location, everything was clean and good to use. We asked for a few things while we were there extra duvets, for example and were attended immediately. We had a 7 nights great stay at the apartament, it is full equipped and the metro station is very close. There is a little bit far away from the city center, we just spent quite a fortune for the taxi during our stay. Nice beds, good matresses, I recommend this apartament for a nice stay in Milan. Good place to stay, long or short we stayed for a month, accesible to the metro station, restaurants around the block, the cinema was close and a mall.

Monica was a very welcoming and nice host who tried to make sure that I'm having a good stay - which I had: I would definitely recommend staying in her apartment - it is a clean, modern and cozy place, with a comfortable bed and high class equipment. The room kept very clean and tidy thanks to the regular cleaning, while the rental fee was very reasonable.

There are everything needed for your stay, such as kitchen utensils, garbage bags, and towels. If you ask any question, she will answer it immediately to help you out; but she never forces you to follow strict house rules, which made my stay very relax and comfy all the time. The room was perfect, clean, quiet and spacious, it felt like a hotel room, complete with a desk and in room shower and toilet. And since it was an Italian holiday that weekend, her sister was away on vacation, so I had the whole place to myself. Supermarket is a 7 minute walk away and there are numerous restaurants nearby. There's also Bicocca Village, with shops and a movie theater 15 minutes walking. Grazie mille Monica, maybe next time we will meet!! This room has been my first Airbnb experience and it could not be any better.

Let me try to summarise here why: She replied to all my queries in a matter of seconds not joking here! It is a residential and quite area my brother lives within 15mins walking from Monica's apartment since ; 5 Apartment is close to some pretty sweet restaurant if you know where to go Arcieri is one of those and definitely a must try if you are a newbee of Milan; Absolutely recommended and I will definitely reconsider Monica's room as an option next time I stop by Milan.

I stood at Monicas house for 4 weeks. It was always clean and there was enough space for me to work and relax on the weekend. The location is very good connected to the center and to two supermarkets and the Bicocca Village where you can find some good restaurants if you don't want to go far away. Monica seemed a bit annoyed when I tried to talk to her, but generally she explained me everything I needed to know and I only saw her a few times. She also offered me to use Netflix on her TV.

I totally recommend to stay at her house. The best host, lovable, friendly, nice amazing personality. Staying with Monica you feel just like home. The apartment is super clean. Everything was on time. The Apartment is with in walking distance from buses, metro, and train. Supermarket and restaurants are right around the corner. Came in as a guest left with a new family member. If I return back to Milan I would stay with Manica again. Inoltre a chi piacciono i gatti, rendono simpatico il ritorno a casa, dopo una giornata in giro.

Da Fabrizio ci si sente come a casa, sua mamma e sua sorella sono gentilissime e pronte ad aiutare per qualunque cosa. Anche i due gatti sono molto affettuosi. Consiglio assolutamente questa sistemazione e spero di tornarci presto! Mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio come se fossi stata a casa.

The flat itself is nice and well appointed with everything you need, including a nice bathroom and fast WiFi.
