A battle in space against the aliens would have been lost in seconds if the aliens had been more alert and cooperative with each other.

And the humans would have lost badly. As usual, they were notr necessarily going to get together with many others. The aliens have now been warned of the most important information about the humans. I am writing a review of the plague war series I am about half finished with Comes the Destroyer so I have not completed the entire series.

However, this series hails back to good old science fiction, of which I am a huge fan. I read almost all of the Dune series as a teen and followed each Star Somethings with pleasure. I wholly am enjoying the Plague War series as a SF fan and also as a military brat. Most of the branches of the military are portrayed with respect.

I appreciate the author's familiarity and usage of strategy and references to former heroes. I hope you give it a chance if SF is your thing too.

I am going back to my book now. Earth is ready to launch its first space battleship to fight the aliens. The book moves along fast.

Reward Yourself

I am just getting to the part where Earth is ready to launch its first space battleship. The characters have been well developed but the author keeps adding little bits and pieces. Looking forward to the upcoming space warefare. This book like the rest of the Eden plague books is a great read and an interesting twist on a "plague".

It's well written with great vocabulary usage and constant excitement. I didn't think I would like the alien part of this but I have really enjoyed it.
