Retail planning expert Robert Gibbs said House of Pure Vin will fill a void and be particularly successful with the growing office-worker community of about 40, in the central business district.

The shop, previously located on Woodward Avenue downtown above the Grand Trunk Pub , moved from downtown about two years ago.
