I installed upper and lower a-frame bushings on my '75 Vette. Installing requires beating the bushings in to the frame. The hammer did fine. No breaks, no chips, no damage to the hammer or the bushings.

Imagine a little well, not so little old lady wielding this hammer: Good thing I did because it made tapping all the panels into their locked position easy. No marring of the panels or the hammer. I plan to use it taking spinning wheels apart for refinishing too. Great price, great product, 5 star seller! I purchased this hammer to disassemble and reassemble the barrel off the pistol handle of my Ruger Mk II handgun, which worked perfect for me as it was off by the fourth strike.

No other previous mallet tools would work for me. I would recommend this hammer to all owners of Ruger Mk series pistols with the same problem!!!

I beat the crap outta this thing and it held up pretty well. I was hitting on some jagged sheet metal to shape it bad for the hammer and that put some nasty grooves in the hammer face. Not the hammer's fault though, that was a bad use of the tool and I knew it. This does its job and I will probably grab another, heavier one.

One person found this helpful. I used this hammer to assist in removing rusted bolts on a sway bar link. By heating the bolts and allowing them to cool I would bang the entire area with the neon hammer in an attempt to loosen the rust that is holding the bolt and nut in place. It did a satisfactory job as you don't have to worry about causing damage.

Also used it to loosened the rotors. Appears to be sand filled. Well constructed and a color that does not get lot easily when working in the garage. This is one of my husband's prize Amazon acquisitions. He calls it his BFH and tells our friends about it and all the uses he has found for it. He is talking about a second one that will be stored with our tent so he can have a dedicated BFH for pounding tent stakes.

So far it's come in handy a few times. I think I'll get a set now. It just does the job so much better on anything but a nail. For so long I used a hammer and a piece of wood, not very smart of me. If you're a handyman, you need one of these.
