The staff make this hotel!! I've never stayed at a hotel with a movie showing at the pool! Loved the main lobby fireplace, decorations, and the location. Just a block off the main road, so quiet, but close to the action. Location was great and breakfast too.

They hotel is very nice. It's very welcoming and warm. The check in staff were super sweet. They didn't make me feel like I was bothering them. Our room was very nice and clean. The shower heads are nice, not tiny and a trickle of water like most. The 24 hour coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is amazing. The coffee was always hot and fresh.

The waterfall in the pool is beautiful. The pool could have been a little warmer. We set around the fire pit outside for a bit, it kept us warm. The breakfast was a restaurant feel with complimentary food. All the food was very good. We will definitely be back. When I booked it said a night but when I got there it was so I was a little confused, but I guess I should have paid more attention, but my husband and I had a really good time. So many things were wrong. Fresh paint would have helped on the doors and wood work. Convenient plugs for our phones would be nice.

It is still a old and rundown building. I didn't like the fact to take that more time fixing your lobby then they do the rest you going to the hotel and everything was beautiful and when you get to your room is just too simple worn out. The bathroom was extremely small. It was an awesome stay. Shower had no door so the floor was wet, no vent in the bathroom and it was a little dirty.

The beds were comfortable and the pool area was great! The bathrooms were really smaller and the shower sprayed water everywhere! The hot tub made our skin itch. Breakfast was quite good. Had to change rooms due to a ceiling leak. Our next room was not as good as the one before. Lobby was very pretty Breakfast was decent. They had family movies nights with pop corn.. I loved the pool area and the movie nights! Can't really say there was anything about our stay that we didn't like.

A very good location, the customer service was excellent. Everything about it ,,was a very good visit.. Heating unit was very loud. The renovations of the guest rooms were not as nice as the photos posted online. The bathroom door stuck and made a loud popping sound when opening. The staff is friendly. Loved the breakfast and breakfast area, since it also serves as a restaurant at other times.
