We stayed in a Junior suite and were very happy with our stay. It is also highly recommended to families with small children.

We stayed with our one year old child and I must say that from baby bed to changing mat all important things were included in the room. I personally also enjoyed the elegant Nespresso capsule machine with complimentary coffee inside the room. The bed was very comfortable and we also had no problems with heating. Breakfast is served in a buffet. Although it is not a big buffet, the dishes are very delicate and there is plenty of choice for every taste.

Very warm thank you especially to the Turkish speaking waitress who served us and helped with our special needs regarding baby food. Our room was spacious and comfortable with its own shady garden and the best hotel bathroom we have experienced. There was a good choice of well prepared and presented food for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ann is very happy and so kindly person. Everything was very nice! Very attractive courtyard and pleasant bar.

Comfortable room with very nice bathroom. Helpful friendly staff who were happy to speak English at check in as they could see I had had a tiring day of bike riding! Most definitely will be revisiting for a long weekend city break! In room toilet is separate from the bathroom. Love the old building that has been transformed into very comfortable place to stay. This hotel is just a perfect embodiment of the Alsace region with its architecture and interior design and the welcoming staff. Difficult to find, the hotel sent out an email just prior to arrival explaining how to get to the hotel.

However, email service while traveling was spotty. I suggest sending out a "how to" email with the booking email or a different email at the same time. Location is great, just difficult to drive to. Nothing did not want to Leave! Bed was so comfortable and the breakfast delicious! Lobby is not particularly comfortable or elegent.



The public rooms and reception are quite dark. But the hotel clearly was adapted from several very old buildings, and is architecturally very impressive, fitting in extremely well with the surroundings buildings.

The room was large and comfortable. The only drawback was not enough light. The bathroom was large and functioned very well. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the old town, the cathedral, the river, etc. Separate WC so had to enter main bathroom to wash hands. Upgraded to junior suite, great breakfast and location. The bathroom was not completely clean. The location of this hotel is perfect to visit the old part of Strasbourg The staff were warm and welcoming.

I did not like the toilet being in a separate place from the rest of the bathroom. Excellent help from the front desk staff. Breakfast was very pricey but luckily the local bakery sufficed! Location excellent, beautiful building. Bed was like a cloud and the staff were like angels attending to all our needs. Strasbourg is a wonderful city. The hotel made it even more wonderful. The young and lovely Laura happens to be married to the elderly Dr. Clouzot fills the frame with moody imagery. There is the titular raven, of course, but the film also has a predominantly dark palette with lengthening shadows and many characters who wear black dress.

He is a clever and insightful cynic whose running commentary on the story is always good for a chuckle.
