It was close to downtown Paso Robles. We will definitely stay Prices you can't beat! WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Quiet, one can't hear the traffic on Spring street.

To my surprise the motel was quiet clean and the staff were very friendly. The room was huge! We will stay there again for sure. Effective heating and air. We will definitely stay there again!! This accommodation was exactly what we had hoped. Staff, room, location, price - perfect! The grounds are kept clean and the flowers are beautiful. The hotel is in a good location and both times I've stayed here it's been very quiet. I love that the rooms have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker it makes life easier when away from home.

The rooms seem like they have been newly renovated and well taken care of by the owner as well as the property. Pool was small, no jacuzzi and there were bugs on the floor in the room. It had a fan to cool down the room, hot water in the shower, and towels. It looked newly remodeled, the carpets were really clean, there was a plush leather recliner! And the room was quite large. It had a microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer what more could you want? The pool was super clean but rather small and there was no spa.

The outside was exceptionally clean and landscaping was very nice. Staff was helpful and friendly it exceeded our expectations and we were pleasantly surprised. I was in the back building and the wifi was weak. I had to make multiple attempts to get connected to the internet each time I needed it and it was very slow. Might be different if you get a room closer to the office maybe. No breakfast but it's a motel and not a hotel. The bottom sheet was dirty. It was a small amount of dirt on the bottom sheet towards the top by the pillow on the left side.

My husband said it was feces. However, I'm not sure. We slept on the top sheet under the blankets.

However, it made us feel like we were in an unclean place and uncomfortable. We probably won't be going there again. It was our 3rd time staying at Budget Inn. Nothing that I can think of. Room was large and very clean. New carpet, fresh paint, good TV, bed comfortable. I really have no complaints. We just needed a place to sleep for the night so we didn't want to spend a lot of money. Horribly uncomfortable bed, cheap towels and bed sheets. Couldn't check in till after room waa dirty and she didn't put clean sheets on.

Poor water pressure in shower. Tiny bar of soap was nearly useless. Small towels and no extra towels. Bathroom door opened out to block the wash basin. Clean, well lighted and comfortable. Wifi was unacceptably bad. I chose this property because they said they had wifi. There were four motels right next to each other. I chose the wrong one. Cable and WiFi slow. Very clean nice staff big rooms. I would of liked better tolietries in the bathroom. Everything else was perfect.

Rooms were clean and spacious with a super nice recliner!! Wifi didnt work consistently. We couldn't connect for long stretches. Very frustrating when the location advertises free wifi. Service in the upstairs bar was fantastic, while the desk clerk and young hostess in the restaurant left much to be desired.
