We liked the kitchen facilities, the shower, the air con and the modern feel. The property was in central location and the host was very cooperative and helpful. Excellent studio in the heart of Nice. Apartment was in a good location. On the photos it looked like there are separate rooms for the bedroom and living room, while in fact it was just one room. Informing guests bedroom in living room area and not a separate area if more than 2 guests important to be aware.

Close to supermarket, restaurants, 20 min walk to old town. Location, equipment, terrace with nice view. Very nice and helpful host, clean and cosy apartment. Perfect for families with babies. We asked for a baby cot and we got it. I would choose this place once again. All the available beds were in the lounge- a drop down bed and a sofa bed, so the whole family will have to turn in at the same time if there are 3 or 4 of you. Apart from that, lovely appartement.

Found this place on line. And we love French food. An intimate, cozy atmosphere with charming service and fabulous food. We have been coming to Chez Joel for years. We always enjoy the food and the experience. The customer service and friendliness of the owner is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed a friend's Birthday celebration. However, the four top table was rather small for the size plates, bread, candles, etc.

We found ourselves rather crowded at the table which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. The wine selection and our dinners were very good. Everything was great and delicious. We greatly appreciate it! The desert was something.

Delicious food, attentive service in a wonderful neighborhood. Always a treat to dine here. Chez Joel is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant. The food is always excellent. There is a wide selection of value based wines. High quality food made of the freshest ingredients, prepared simply. Lovely ambiance, staff and food you expect from a French restaurant only without the pretentiousness. Dunes with colleagues and really enjoyed Chez Joel. The service was good and I thought the prices were reasonable. Two of us had the scallops and two had the bouillabaisse; we all thought the food was excellent.

I would definitely return whenever I am in the area. I took a group of out-of-town visitors and they all raved over the food. Not a surprise as we have been going for years. Essence of Chicago Bistro. Neighborhood is fun too. As always, we had a wonderful meal.

I was celebrating 4 years as a U. S Citizen and this was the only restaurant that I wanted to celebrate at. It is a French bistro. Fairly quiet, yet the ambiance is just right. My favorite cocktail is the Pear-is, and we went all out with French onion soup, escargot, filet mignon and fresh fish.

No room for dessert! Great relief from restaurants that are way too loud. Great food and service. Great place, you will love it. For Frnch cuisine the value is very good. Nice pace of service and overall very enjoyable. The food had no flavor and was very bland. I have visited this Restaurant many times over the years, but Im afraid to say that their standards have fallen.
