One person found this helpful. Always the storyteller, Adams has again penned another chilling psychological whirlwind that will leave you on the edge of your seat. Told in Adams' unique style, the action picks up after the first few pages and doesn't let you go until the last word. While it is definitely fantasized, the character development and relationships between the characters is well done. I look forward to reading more from this author. This book didn't start out very great.

In places it seemed that it was written by a high school kid. But after the first chapter or two, the story and suspense built quickly. I would recommend this book.

I'll never hear that song again without thinking of this creepy story. I loved this book. A thriller that dealt with complex emotional issues, trust, accepting help form friends and professionals. I loved the interaction amongst the team - great writing and insight. I will definitely look for more books by C. Kept you thinking till the end. Didn't want the story to end.

The story line was fast paced, easy to follow, but hard to solve until the writer wanted you to solve it. Definitely a suspenseful read. Really enjoyed the personal insights into the different characters and look forward to more by this author. There are many grammatical errors throughout the book but I feel the story and characters cover them up. The book kept me on the edge of my seat from cover to cover. It also helps that I downloaded this when it was on the free list. A very good book. From page one until the end, it was a compelling read.
