We bought a home in Warwickshire and with our joint corporate games business thriving, life was good. But then came the warning signs. He secretly converted a shed in the garden and moved in, and kept a diary documenting his every move. He was paranoid and thought our phones were tapped. Even more strangely, he used to sneak around the house and watch us all from behind a curtain. He became increasingly violent and would yank me so hard, my clothes would rip. This is a hilarious romantic comedy about love and duty. Manning tries to find a way to not only help his royal family but also keep the woman he wants. Will the three find their way out of the mess they found themselves in and get the happily ever they all deserve? Read to find out. In true Pippa fashion hilarity ensues along with a hot attraction and great chemistry between the two main characters. This was a total page turner and did not disappoint.

The characters and the plot were all so perfectly written and I was so incredibly charmed by this book.

I fell in love with Gracie and Manning in The Pilot and the Puck-Up and it was so nice seeing them get together in this one. I'm not going to lie and say that Ares isn't my favorite character and I am the most excited I could possibly be for Beauty and the Beefcake, but I had such fun reading this book. All of t I have loved all the Pippa Grant books that I have read and this was no exception. All of the characters were such fun to read about and in usual Pippa style this book was hilarious.

Gracie and Manning had some great one liners that made my heart positively sing! Great book, would highly recommend to any romance lover looking for their next funny read. Mar 24, A. It was a totally fun, sexy, delectable romance with the humor I come to know and love from Pippa Grant. I laughed, I swooned, I giggled, I loved, I sniffled.. These two had great chemistry yes, but I felt like they were a match made in heaven. I loved the banter, the way they both seemed to think of each other's happiness and what would be best for the other person.

When Gracie Diamonte meets Manning Frey, her life is turned upside down. While he is to be laying low before returning to his betrothed, Gracie seems to be more than he can resist. When Gracie is captivated by Manning, their paths are forever changed. I love Gracie Diamonte. She is such a complex character.

She is strong and vulnerable. She is scared and so brave. She is wonderful and brought all the feels. Manning is layers upon layers of fascinating character. Begin born royal, his life seems to be beyond his control. While he wants to fulfill his role for his family and his country, the pressure seems to be closing in on him.

I loved following Gracie and Manning through their journey. They were great characters individually and fantastic together. Pippa was able to make me laugh while bringing wonderful emotional moments with these characters. Her ability to balance comedy, romance, and strong emotional connections romantic, friendly, and familial continues to impress me. She is full of surprises!! He characters are intense and complex along with being funny. This is Manning and Gracie's story. Manning meets Gracie at a charity golf event and is taken by her sweetness and also to piss her Sister Joey off. Then you have Gracie who is taken with Manning and how she feels so at ease with him. These two find moments of passion, that changes there lives. Gracie the c I was given this ARC as an honest read for an honest review. Gracie the cookie baker doesn't think she can have all that this wrinkle manages to do, and Manning feels he's undeserving and can't have his hearts desire.

These two are just perfect for each other and even though it took unforeseen circumstances to bring them together, I'm glad they found their HEA with each other. I felt so bad for Manning being forced into a marriage with someone who he didn't love but also learning of the issues because that brought on the betrothal. This man deserved happiness. G Another great read in this series! Gracie was so sweet and perfect you couldn't help but love her. She had the air of an innocent young lady with the creativity of a dirty person. Great read, great author!

Pippa Grant really do it well when it comes to romantic comedy. Her characters are larger than life but still so relatable. I loved all her books.

They all are unique in their own way and leaves you with anticipation to know about other characters. Manning and Gracie are cutest couple with a very interesting love story. Their journey is full of laughter and few small hurdles. Its a O my Dog I like romantic comedies because they give you respite from day to day mundane and complexities of reality.. Its a feel good romance which makes you chuckle and sometime full blown laughter. Side characters from previous books and new addition are interesting without overcrowding the plot.

Even monkey and cat have roles which fits in the story really well.. Another great read from this author! For the first time from Ms. Grant I wasn't blown away by the hero Manning. I liked him, I just am more looking forward to Ares, but she writes him so well I understood him alot better and was for sure in team Manning by the end.

Oh how much do I love that spunky little cookie baker! She was hysterically funny, and SO endearing! If someone doesn't root for her happily ever after while reading this story there is something wrong with their heart and they should get that checked out! Of course I'm kidding I know not everyone is always going to love everyone but Gracie really is the best! The icing on the cake or cookie as the case may be with this story is for sure Loki!

I read this as an ARC, and feel truly honoured to have been given the opportunity. There are moments of snorts, laugh out loud, awwws and get your shit together! One of my favourite lines from the story: How could you not love this book? Zeus watch out Manning could be my new favourite alpha. Whilst browsing through antique shops in Oxford, Lucy discovers a genuine Lochgelly tawse. This gives Pippa an idea, and they acquire some old school desks from junk shops, and dress up as schoolgirls, completing their outfits with ties and straw boaters. Tom is excellent in the role of headmaster, and the exciting role-play results in three well-striped bottoms.

There are many other fun occasions including an intense session with another member of the class, an American Scholarship student called Melanie Clarkson. She turns out to be another kindred spirit who discovers just how exciting corporal punishment can be. The relationship between Tom and Pippa intensifies, and after an orgasmic session when she is dressed in her old Westland uniform, Tom asks her to become his wife.
