The text is too small and throughout the text there are footnote numbers that don't correspond to any actual footnotes. Yes that's right, somebody copied and pasted text from somewhere and simply left in hundreds of extraneous footnote numbers. The copy I received has a very pixellated image of St John of the Cross on the cover and this other cover design that I see that appears to be the same exact book is dubiously appropriate for my purpose of including Spanish speakers in a bilingual church book study because of the immodest image with a bare breasted woman on the cover.

Someone who cares should create a better edition of this book with a better introduction, to sell at a similar price. So deeply spiritual and beautiful.
