I got the Osso Bucco because I make a pretty awesome version. Roast beef was tough and chewy. Very disappointed was my first and last time there. Long lines for food stations. We visited this restaurant for breakfast. We enjoyed much, but probably will try other restaurant next time.

Went here for Thanksgiving and was very disappointed. It was a mess. Husband was worried he was going to get sick from how messy the food was laid out. And the workers looked less than enthusiastic to be there. Will not go back again. Had Thanksgiving dinner here with family and it was great! Making a reservation helped, got to use the VIP entrance which cut what would have been an hour plus wait into 20 minutes. Food was excellent and fresh, good to see traditional turkey plus French cuisine. Cant beat the crepes station either! We had a party of 8 adults and 5 children for Thanksgiving.

I finally figured out what it reminded me of Not really terrible but meh. The saurkraut and sausage was my favorite thing. Please please please put mashed potatoes with the turkey station! The mashed potatoes and gravy were in a long line and in a very awkward place. Thanksgiving Dinner at Paris Hotel was excellent. We checked in with reservations and was escorted immediately to our table.

The food was excellent and service was great. The Parisian ambiance was very cozy for our family holiday dinner. The crepes and mimosas were a real treat. The worst buffet I have ever had. The restaurant was filthy. Food and debris on the floor and around the serving areas. Empty tables with several dirty dishes sat until the one lonely wait staff came with her cart to clean them We had to bring our dirty dishes to a wait stand each time we made a trip to the buffet.

The food was some of the worst that we've had on any buffet. The entire restaurant needs and update and renovations. I highly don't recommend eating here. It use to be one of the best buffets on the strip, but not I'd consider it one of the worst. Consistent with other reviews - food was ok but not great. The food was very good, and everyone in my group really enjoyed it. Considering the food, ambiance, and the price, this is the best buffet in Las Vegas.

My favorite parts of the buffet were the crab legs and the crepe station. The crepes are delicious. It made it so much easier to have reservations, and to be able to walk right in and be seated. We were very disappointed in the quality of the food. My roast beef had a very strange texture and taste, the Brussel sprouts and green beans were slimy; and tasteless and the rest of the food was ho hum.

The service was lacking and not friendly. Sorry, Paris Hotel, the rest of your restaurants are delightful but the buffet, not so much. This buffet is not what use to be. The same dishes three nights in a row. The signage on the entrees were incorrect and many dishes from past years are not available for dinner such as my favorite potatoes au gratin. The baked tomatoes were dried out and manny entrees were near empty.

I would not recommend multiple meals at this buffet. There's quite a number of food in the buffet that needed refilling, so we weren't able to try those items since the line was really long. Servers are quite hard to come by. This buffet used to be a legend. It's totally run-down now. I have been here several times in the last 10 years or so.
