I should note that there's a bug that lets you enhance a weapon with a Tenebrium bar with only 1 point in the tenebrium ability. Instead of dragging the bar onto the weapon, drag the weapon on the bar. For a long time, Jahan only had the 1 point in the ability from the quest, and still got to enhance my weapons with impunity.
