Abbiamo soggiornato da Andrea per la settimana di ferragosto. Abbiamo trovato tutto perfetto: Casa molto pulita e funzionale. Vicinissima al centro di Olbia e alle maggiori spiagge della zona. Appartamento molto carino, esattamente come da foto e descrizione, dotato di ogni confort e di tutto il necessario per cucinare. The place was really wonderful - the view even better than in pictures, nice teracce with superb view. Apartment is really spacious and very nicely decorated, with everything that you need. As we really like cooking some local fish specialities, oven was important to us, so it was specially arranged for our arrival and we really enjoyed our evening meals on terrace.

The pool, even if it is shared, is nice and big, with enough space for everyone. The beach is also very near - you can chose between more private one or more crowdy. Nice local restaurants are also close enough - around 15 min by car. Some things that needs to be taken in account: We enjoyed our stay very much. Ok aber etwas abgewohnt. Salina Bamba is a very nice place for a relaxed beach vacation. We visited several beautiful beaches! Margherita is really friendly, she explained everything to us and asked always if we needed anything. We've rarely met such a kind host before! Thank you e grazie mille!! This is a quiet spot with only one easy to access restaurant, a tiny expensive supermarket, a pharmacy and beauty store. It felt like a retirement village, lacking the vibrancy we had hoped to find in Sardinia.

However you do have easy access to beautiful beaches which we greatly enjoyed. We found this to be a very relaxing, extremely quiet place. The balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy an afternoon wine. This house would not work well for young children. The location of the apartment is great and has a lot of beaches around at walkable distance. Apartment is fully furnished and in the kitchen equipment you can find everything you can think off.

We didn't manage to use the oven since there were no instructions in English left for us in the apartment nor Airbnb. Margherita was not there to make us the entrance in the apartment. Entrance was done by someone else, Cristina, who didn't speak Enghlish very well. We had to discover majority of the places and appliances on our own. During our stay we had ants visit in the bathroom and bedroom, which I think is a common problem in Sardinia. There should be some ants traps to avoid this for future visits. Bed sheets and towels are provided for a fee, but we brought our own and was fine.

Also there is cleaning fee 70 Euros not included in the price which seems a bit expensive even for Paris standards, especially that we were just two and we didn't use all the rooms nor washing of bed sheets or towels is included. Parking is plenty but you need to be careful as it is shared with all other people coming from outside for the famous beaches. So sometimes you need to wait to find a place close to the apartment.

We stayed at Margherita's place for 7 days, and really enjoyed our time. Margherita was particularly helpful to offer tips on great restaurants and local attractions to go and see - always very quick to respond. I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a quiet and tranquil surrounding, being a 15 minute walk from the stunning beach of Brandinchi, and 15 minute drive from the town Teodora. Appartement propre et et bien entretenu, mais trop petit pour 5 personnes. Staying at the Capo Coda Cavallo is just beautiful. Having a place where others stop to take pictures bc of the view Liviana is super friendly and everything was very easy going. The place is lovely and nothing is missing. Definitely a place I would come back to! I will not be mistaken if I say, that the villa is situated in the most beautiful place in the world.

On a high hill, in a remote village of Sardinia. The place is unreachable without a car though. By the way, the most convenient place to rent a car is in the Olbia's airport. Near is situated a lonely sandy beach, which literally stuns by its seaside view. Liviana, the host of the villa is very nice and polite, with an adequate level of English mastery.

She were there at the villa waiting for us to arrive, though our ferry was very late and we came late at the evening. She was willing to help and easy to communicate. The house is pretty tidy and neat, with all the necessary facilities. We had no problem in using grill, gas-stove, washing-machine and the vacuum cleaner.

To sum it up, - if you have a car, don't hesitate in renting this villa. It will bring you the impressions that you will never forget. I'm really looking forward for the next visit! This village where this apartment is located is stunning, the views from the cafe are amazing!

The apartment, however, has no view except the service area with garbage of the cafe. It was a bit noisy from trucks and employees working, but Liviana was great. Make sure to bring everything, since the apartment has very little, not even a trash can and, of course, you will need a car! Fantastic corner of Sardinia just like Liviana described! The place is also close to the description and pictures. Amazing location as you get a sense of 'local scene' although you will need a car or not if you are planning to eat at the restaurant in the apartment complex and drink at blue bar which is not a bad option, there are also several beaches within a walking distance overall we really enjoyed our stay, Liviana is a great host!

This is the paradise. Very nice sorrounding and the appartment is really smart. The beach is within 5 minutes walking distance. Liviana is very nice and will help you in everything. I really recomend it. We are in the apartment for 3 weeks. The view is amazing and the area around the apartment is gorgeous. Antonio and Fatima are very nice and always helpful. The air conditioning is very good and the wlan of Antonio worked great. The apartment is ideal for a small family. Barbecue and swimming in the pool made the holiday perfect.

Antonio offers an amazing view from the terrace at the bay area worth every minute looking at it, especially during sunrise and sunset. You definitely need a car to get there because of it's exclusive location, but it is just a couple of minutes to nice restaurants or the beach. You can use the outside barbecue or the kitchen, The rooms are spacious and the bathroom well sized.

I will definitely return here next time. Antonio is a very friendly person. The apartment is beautiful and cool and very pleasant to stay in. It has airco and different places on the terrace under the roof to sit in the shadow. We were there end of july beginning of august when it was very hot. We also found the price very sympathetic. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace at night, looking over the bay and the Island of Molara. Next year Antonio will have finished his swimmingpool and then the place will be even more wonderful. During our stay we always took the car to beautiful white beaches like Spiaggia Brandinchi, our favourite dream beach where we imagined ourselves in the Caribean.

It has paid parking, but it is really worth it! It has a cool garden where you can sit in the shade and have drinks. Also Porto Taverna had a very nice beach. Alltogether a wonderful experience. Alice, Luc, Masja, Iris. It has a wonderful and relaxing view on the sea and the islands probably the most important thing for us from where you can enjoy a breathtaking sunrise if you are early enough.

The apartment is very nice with nice wood finishing, high ceiling, and has the essential amenities and tools. Antonio is very nice and responsive and can give you some good tips on the surrounding. We had a nice stay at antonio's appartment. Airco is a plus too. It's close to some very nice well known and well visited beaches like Brandichi, but a car is definately advised. The appartment itself could do with a bit more kitchen equipement i think, nicer terrace furniture perhaps and we haven't seen the wifi working during our stay.

That area is beneath the appartment available via a short outside detour and shared with the other appartments with their own patches there. It won't win any landscaping awards, but it's def nice to have the option to cool off after a daytrip! So that's a plus. Although there are some points that could be improved i'd say, all in all i think you get really fair value for money and the appartment really suits a small family well to enjoy a beach holiday and the nice north east coast of sardenia. Antonio seems like a nice person and was there on arrival, but us not speaking italian made it a bit less of a personal encounter you sometimes get via airbnb, but the rest was fine.

The view from the patio at the sea and lake is fantasic. In the end of september we had a lot of mosquitos, you need some protection during that time and there were some mosquitonetzes at the windows. Inside of the house was everything as discriped. We had a stove with gas, a big frigde, freezer compartment and enough kitchenequipment. There is no TV. There were enough warm blankets to sleep and one large bedcloth for 2 persons.

Outside was a barbecue. Paola's house is really nice and close to the beach. It is a great place for relaxing and enjoying the sun: Paola is a nice and helpfoul host. The view is amazing, beautiful beach is like 3 min walk away and everything in the house is nice and clean. The house is wonderful. Very close to the beach.

The wether is fine in September, and no many tourists. Paola answered on our questions very quickly, that was very helpful. I hope that we coming here again. It was an amazing vacation. House a bit old and worn out but ok utilities and enough warm water for 5 People. There was only bed linen and towels for 4 but we found extra sets. We will return to sardinia! The house is quiet and completely self contained, clean and very comfortable. Shops and restaurants are all close by. The beaches are beautiful. I recommend highly that you would stay with Valentina. I enjoyed staying at Valentina's place very much. Communication and booking was very easy and prompt. Valentina had recruited an English speaking friend to help with check-in, which was very smart, since my Italian is non-existing and Valentina's English is limited.

While the accommodation is basic, it is comfortable and offers everything you need for relaxing days at the seaside. Valentina and her boyfriend are super nice hosts and I wish I could have talked to them in their language. I would have loved to get to know them better and also to find out more about their cute cats and dogs who share the premises. Mandriola is a little beachfront community, close to Putzu Idu and Capo Mannu. There are beautiful beaches in walking distance of Valentina's place. A few restaurants, bike, kayak, windsurf and SUP rental places and small grocery shops can also be found close by.

I would recommend this place to stay for its proximity to the beach and kind locals living next door. We have done a very late reservation, and Eleonora was very kind to arrange things in such a short notice she was not on the place at that moment. The flat is very conveniently located a couple hundred meters from the beach. Our overall experience was good, except two minor problems: I nevertheless strongly recommand staying at Eleonora's place, since it is a very good deal and has a nice location, but I wanted to mention it so that the future guest would not be deceived. Considering the bright Sardinia sun, Eleonora's apartment is surprisingly shaded and darkened - this poses a bit of a problem during cooking or dishwashing, but is a real bonus when it comes to keeping the temperature nice and cool.

Our son was elated with the plethora of toys found in the yard which is a great place for reading and eating in the fresh air. No cartoons on TV meant he spent more time playing with those toys The apartment really is almost next to the beach and the beach itself is scenic, empty and wonderful.

There are other beaches in the nearby areas if that isn't enough. Sleeping turned into a bit of a problem due to the mosquitoes that were undeterred by the nets in front of the window, but that's really a problem with Sardinia, not with Eleonora's apartment.

Cooking was slightly more difficult than in other apartments due to the relatively sparse selection of utensils and dishes, but otherwise worked great. She also has a washing machine and dryer so that is a big bonus. Nice and simple flat, close to the beach and with a very nice and sunny terrace. All basic stuff was there and even a little present from Sardegna welcomed us. The family living next to the apartment was really kind and everyone always open for questions and a little talk.

Also Eleonora was all the time very nice and attentive, although she was there. We spend a fantastic time in Eleonora house. It has all the necessary things to be comfortable. Dino responded within a few minutes to our request and confirmed his house was available within an hour, this was great as we were looking for somewhere to stay the following day.

Caterina showed us the way to the house which is in a little oasis of palms, fig and peach trees surrounded by fields of wheat and flowers, the road to the house is unmade but it didn't prove a problem for our little car. The house looks rural on the outside but has a well-equipped kitchen and a new bathroom, everything was clean and the bed linen freshly laundered the cold beer and delicious homemade orange and peach jam was really nice and thoughtful after our long drive.

It's so tranquil, just the sound of birds and bees, we loved lying in the hammock and watching the little green lizards basking in the sun. Our favourite beach was Is Arenas, on the other side of the lagoon at the bottom of the garden, it's unspoilt and wild. We loved E Sonia's place and Sardinia, can't wait to return. For kids ideal to play in nature around the house. Dino was very nice to give us every information we needed. It was a great stay. The response of Dino and Sonia was very fast to all our questions. We meet Catharine at her house and she drove with us to the very remote house we would not have found it by ourself. She showed us everything and although we do not speak Italian or French her languages the communication worked fine.

The house is quiete and and just around the corner you will see the flamingos in the lake. The kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked every evening. We stayed in October, so no season, but the two restaurants at the nearest beach were open and shoping was not problem as well. The water and air were warm, ideal weather to stay on the beach, but we stayed most of the time in the nice garden at the house.

We can only recommend the house if you don not want to have neighbors and a very quiete surrounding. The house of Dino and Sonia is a very nice and atypical place to stay. The garden is wonderful and we had even fresh fruits to pluck on the trees! The situation is a bit isolated after a unpaved road of about one kilometer long, but it was not a problem for us. The house is situated in the middle of nowhere, and the silence is perfect to have a rest after a good day on the beaches and the crowd.

But everything else was ok and we really enjoyed our holidays. If you look for holidays where you can discover authentic and quiet corner of Sardinia with local atmosphere and unique nature this is right place for you. But if you look for luxury and fancy touristic area rather choose something else. We felt happy because we experienced an amazing piece of west Sardinia. The place was perfect to discover this charming area of Sardinia. Lovely outdoors with barbecue, nice and very clean house, very well furnished. We arrived at the end of the day and there was some food and wine, so we didn't have to find a store open or restaurant for the dinner. There were also bikes, allowing us to browse the Capo Mannu peninsula easily.

Ci sono scogliere da cui potrete tuffarvi come ad Acapulco, prendere le murene per la coda e vedere la quadriglia delle aragoste.

Resisterete alla zuppa di grongo e alla burrida di razza? E cosa direte quando vi troverete davanti i colossali nuraghi attenzione, non sono pesci! E il pericolo degli animali?
