There are so many good tips on cooking, organization, and ingredients along with Carol's stories and sense of fun that I'm glad I took the time to read before diving into the recipes. While the book is organized into meals with desserts, I'm finding I will be mixing and matching recipes and using Carol's tips to create my own quick meals too.

I create recipes that are simple and healthy and not just "good for gluten-free" but just plain GOOD period! I love how it's sorted into meals so all of the recipes for that meal are together and I don't have to go thumbing through the book.

What a great idea. I've made some of these recipes too and they are delicious. Happy to give it to my clients too. And they could not believe that such good food was gluten free. The meal was so easy to prepare too.

Thanks for making me look good! Best of all the ingredients are usually already in your house. This book is a must have. Use it in salads and in place of pasta and rice.
