Retiring up at the hotel infinity pool is so relaxing after a day exploring Isla. I cannot rate this experience any higher. It has a super beautiful view and is gorgeous in the early morning with only the birds calling to break the silence. Love the dog too!

Very peaceful boutique hotel. Breakfast inckuded was excellent. Loved having the rm on same level as pool. Staff at front desk was lovely and helpful. You just feel amazing surrounded by great people, delicious food in an amazing location.

The wifi connection was very good, amazing on such a small Island. In comparison with other hotels on the island, the price quality was very much balanced. Rooms were large very and very comfortable with stunning views. The staff were lovely and so helpful. The rooms were comfortable and romantic. The hotel is small which makes for an enjoyable stay. An added bonus is the park which we could use as part of our stay. So many activities to keep us busy. Our ground floor room opened straight out onto the swimming pool area so privacy was compromised, especially since the adjacent area was being refurbished so there was a constant stream of workmen passing our window.

The curtains were "blackout material" so with them closed we needed the light on, even during the day. Another time we would request an upper floor room. We would not hesitate to recommend Casa de los Suenos Its great location and excellent facilities ticked all our boxes. We wish we could have stayed longer.

There was a lot of construction happening. Also we were given the wrong room the first night. They did not fix it until the next day and that was due to our persistence. The second day our plumbing smelled like sewage so we asked to be moved again. The same front desk person was very rude and reluctant to help us. Then we were finally moved again to another room. It was an upgrade but it was still a ridiculous experience.
